我是湖北省实验幼儿师范学校06届毕业生,现就读于武汉职业技术学院学前教育专业.

下面做一下简单的自我介绍: 2003年开始学习学前教育,有一定的组织能力,及专业基础. 在学习的过程中,曾参加过学校组织的教育实习及保育实习.并利用课余时间在亲子园做兼职老师.及声乐老师. 至入校以来一直担任班级的班长或团支书,校广播台台长,曾担任校18届校团委文体部部长. 在校期间,曾获2003--2004年度 "三好学生" "优秀班干" "校园十佳歌手" 2004--2005年度 "三好学生" "优秀班干" "优秀台长" "优秀实习生" 2005--2006年度 "三好学生" "优秀班干" "优秀团干"

２００５年１月到２００6年６月在一间一半传统一半蒙氏教育的幼儿园做助教（前５ 个月）然后转为主教(后一年)。 I was worked in an half traditional and half Montessori’s kindergarten, from an assistant teacher to a main teacher.

２００６年８月到２００年６月在伦敦蒙氏幼教中心做４岁组主教老师，同时作我的实 习。 From August of 2006 to Jun of 2007 I was working in the full Montessori’ houses, and at the same time doing my teaching practice.

我叫李艳菊，女，未婚，1981年出生于辽宁省抚顺市。2003年7月毕业于渤海大学工商 管理系，但是，发现自己并不擅长于此专业，我从小就梦想当一名教师，因为我在婆婆 和外婆家都是长孙女，所以从小就喜欢管理和照顾弟妹。 My name is Li YanJu, female, single, I was born in January 29, 1981, in FuShun, LiaoNing Province. I was graduated from Bo Hai University in Enterprise Management course. But, I found that I am not very interested in this course. My ambition is to become a teacher, I think this is because I am the first child in my whole family, so when I was a small child, I told myself that I had a responsibility on my younger brothers and sisters, that ’s why I need to take care of them while their parents were not around.

我在网上看到在马来西亚有被中国承认的“英国直属蒙氏教育专业”。为了圆我的梦想 ，我还是决定在2003年9月踏上了我的留学之路。你一定会疑问为什么我不到英国去读 而到马来西亚读英国的课程，因为马来西亚是一个经济实惠又具有多民族的国家，有马 来人，华人，印度人还有很多西方人。在这样一个多元化的国家，可以造就出多元化的 人才。可以学到不种族人教育孩子的不同方法。多元化的马来西亚使我获得了多元化的 教育思想和解决问题的方式。通过一年的刻苦语言学习，终于通过了此专业的英语面试 ，在2004年8月正式进入专业学习。 Through the internet, I found the Montessori Early Childhood Education Diploma Course of England which can be found in Malaysia and recognized by China. So I decided to complete my dream by learning this course in Malaysia. You may ask me why I choose Malaysia but not England. The answer is simple enough, this is because the standard of living in Malaysia is lower than England and it is a multi-racial and multi-cultural country. By studying in Malaysia, I can learn different ways and methods to educate children. Thus, I believe that by learning and teaching in Malaysia, I can gain some teaching experience which I can’t find in text book. After one year language course (English), finally I passed the Foundation English Exam. In August 2004 I started my Montessori Early Childhood Education Diploma Course.

通过无数的练习和论文考核，我终于在2006年4月获得了英国最终评审资格，通过笔试 和实际操作，我终于以优异的成绩圆了我的留学梦，并且成为了这个专业里第三个顺利 通过的“中国学生”。 By practicing on the Montessori materials and assignments everyday, finally I got a chance to attend my final exam in April 2006. The result announcement was in June 2006. At last I got my result with flying colors. From that day, I became the third China’s student who passed this exam with good result and graduated from this course.

因为我们的专业只有周六和周日上课，所以，平时我就利用课余时间到当地的蒙氏幼儿 园做工，一来可以减轻父母负担二来可以学习更多的教学经验。就这样我半工半读一路 来学习到很多课堂上学不到的东西，既充实了自己也积累了经验，慢慢的我从助教到主 教，现在我已经完全的突破了英文授课的难题。现在，我在“伦敦在马来西亚直属的幼 儿园”作一名四岁班的主教老师，同时完成我的420个小时的实习。因为我们通过笔试 和操作后还要交一份420小时的实习报告（日，周，月和年的教学计划，观察报告，教 学感受…）给英国。 My course can consider as part-time course, because it only has classes on Saturday and Sunday. So, I had a lot of free time during my weekdays. During my weekday’s time, I worked in a local Montessori kindergarten. By this, I learnt a lot of real situation which can be found in our daily life and gained a lot of experience which were valuable. At the beginning, I was just a normal assistant. But now, I am a main teacher for one 4 years old class in London Montessori center (LMC) Children’s House. At the same time, I have completed my 420 hours teaching practice, and I have already submitted my teaching practice file to London.

现在我已经完成了420个小时的实习，完全的递交了我的实习报告，通过马来西亚和英 国的审核，大概要三到六个月的时间，审核完毕后就可以拿到毕业证书了，现在我有英 国的第二阶段笔试和实际操作的成绩单，一样可以凭此单找工作。所以，在我等毕业证 的期间，我决定先回中国找工作, 英国会直接把毕业证邮寄给到中国。 By right now, I have finished my 420hours training and have submitted my report, so it will take approximately around 3-6 months for Malaysia-England to go through it and give the final result on it. So, during this time, I decided to go back to China to find a job first while waiting for my diploma certificate which will be posted by England to China.

我热爱儿童教育和研究儿童心理，希望我可以学以自用，回国后也希望把国外的一些特 色带回中国。 I am very interested on child psychology and like to explore their behavior, and I hope that I can find a good way to help them growing in a healthy situation. Besides, I would like to bring back my experience from Malaysia where I have gained a lot and share with others. And by this, I believe that it can make my teaching life become more perfect in the future.
